Instant Help Center search
The instant search is the browser you see when you first visit the Help Center page.
When you start typing, the titles relevant to the given search appear.
To receive more detailed search results click the Search button, or press the enter button on your keyboard. Once you do that, you are taken to the native search.
Native Help Center search
Native Help Center search performs a thorough search which includes the titles of the articles and their whole content.
You can also narrow down your searches by selecting By Type sections located on the left-had side of the screen:
- All types – the search includes the content across the whole website.
- Articles – the search includes only articles.
- Community – the search pertains to the community posts.
If you select Articles, you can filter further under By Category where you can see the titles of the sections and the number of articles within a given section containing the issue you have entered into the search engine.
