The content of our Help Center relevant for your product is only available once you sign in. If you are visiting the Help Center for the first time, you need to register. If you are already signed in, please disregard the steps shown in this article.

How to register 

1. Select Sign in at the top of the screen.

   

2. Select Sign up in the pop up box, then type in your name and email address and wait for the email. 

   Note: If you cannot see the email, be sure to check your spam folder.

   

3. Open an email and select Create a password.

4. You will be taken to the Zendesk page. Type in your name (the same as used in step 2) and your new password. Then, click Set password. From now on you will need to use this password for logging in.
